Simplyfy Account Deletion Policy

At Simplyfy, we are committed to providing our users with full control over their data. If you choose to delete your account, please read the following policy to understand how we handle your data and the steps you can take if you change your mind.

1. Account Deletion Process

When you choose to delete your Simplyfy account, we will begin the account deletion process immediately. Your account will be deactivated, and access to the account will be revoked.

After deactivation, Simplyfy will retain your account data for **90 days** to allow for potential account recovery.

2. Account Recovery

If you decide to recover your account within the 90-day period, you can contact Simplyfy support or log in using your credentials. Your account will be restored with all its data intact.

After the 90-day recovery window, all personal data and account information will be permanently deleted from our systems, and it will no longer be recoverable.

3. Data Retention

During the 90-day period, Simplyfy will retain your data solely for the purpose of account recovery.

Simplyfy does not access or use your account data during the retention period unless required by law or for purposes related to security and fraud prevention.

4. Permanent Deletion

After 90 days, all personal information related to your account will be irreversibly deleted, including but not limited to your profile, settings, preferences, and any data linked to your account.

5. Legal Requirements

Simplyfy may retain certain information if required by law, such as for compliance with tax, legal reporting, or audit obligations. However, this information will be kept securely and will be limited to the minimum required by law.
